Return and Refund Policy

BottleMotion.com and CustomNalgeneBottles.com are dedicated to delivering our products without defects and ensuring that the final artwork matches the approved proof. In the event of a product defect or if the artwork prints differently from the approved proof, we will reprint and ship the order to our customer at no extra charge. The following exclusions will apply:

 

  1. We cannot guarantee that the exact location of imprint will match exactly to the location as sent in our virtual proof for approval.
  2. We cannot guarantee that the shade of color printed will match the color as viewed on a computer screen or mobile device. We print using a Pantone Matching System therefore the PMS color indicated on our proof for approval is what prints on the final product.
  3. In a situation where the issue does not pertain to the ENTIRE order, but rather a few items, we reserve the right to provide a REFUND or CREDIT as opposed to a reprint as we are not equipped to reprint less than the “Minimum Quantity” on any specific product. 
  4. Our return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, (including imprint wear as a result of washing by hand or machine) accident or damage caused during shipping.
  5. Errors and Defects must be reported to us within 5 Business Days following receipt of final product.

 

If you discover a manufacturing defect related to materials or workmanship in your product, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the final product to initiate the claim process. Many of our items come with separate warranties from the manufacturer, and both Bottlemotion.com and CustomNalgeneBottles.com will honor these warranties, working closely with our customers to ensure full refunds for defective drinkware. Once your virtual proof is approved and the product is printed, Bottlemotion.com and CustomNalgeneBottles.com will only accept returns for defects or errors in the approved artwork or for defective products. If you choose to return a product by mail, we recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance, as Bottlemotion.com and CustomNalgeneBottles.com cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. If a customer returns a product that does not meet the conditions outlined in this Return Policy, the order will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
